Carl Amos
MNAEA, Managing Director
Carl has nearly two decades of experience in the industry and has always been considered to be one of the best. He has been a Qualified Member of the National Association of Estate Agents since 2005. His unrivalled local knowledge and experience in all aspects of Estate Agency is key to the continuous success he constantly delivers. He has hand picked his members of staff who show great enthusiasm and a hunger to deliver only the best in customer service. He believes this along with their passion to be the best is the reason they hold over 50% of the market share in their local area.
Carl is a Family man along with his wife and four children and enjoys spending time with them in his limited spare time along with playing the piano and playing tennis.
Carl prides himself on customer service which in turn, provides Homeworks with repeat business from returning customers along with further customer referrals.
Sylwia Amos
Director
Sylwia started working from the Dereham office from the start and has gone from strength to strength! Mainly her work consists of Administration although she is always keen to help anyone find their dream home. Sylwia and her husband Carl have lived in Scarning for many years and they both have a great local knowledge and understanding for people’s needs.
George Barnes
Assistant Manager
George joined Homeworks Dereham in 2015 having worked in the industry for a couple of years covering the local area. George has always worked in a customer service based environment and prides himself going that extra mile for both buyers and sellers and gives a service that he himself would like to receive. Since being employed at Homeworks George has attained a Senior position and has also pushed forward the Lettings Department by becoming Lettings Manager.
George is highly motivated and is an approachable person and is keen to progress in the property industry and help bring the business forward.
In his spare time George has a real passion for Chelsea Football Club and seeing what the world has to offer!
Lauren Horne
Sales Negotiator
Lauren joined Homeworks in 2017 and already has 2 years experience within the industry. Her aim is to ensure her clients are always happy and is passionate about looking after others. Lauren always has both buyers and sellers best interests at heart and is always here for advice. A kind hearted, friendly person overall.
She is delighted to be working for the company she purchased her first property through as the service she received was excellent.
Lauren has a young Son and enjoys spending time with her family.
