A Qualified Member of the National Association of Estate Agents since 2005, his extensive local knowledge and expertise across all aspects of estate agency have been instrumental in ensuring the continued success of the business.

Outside of work, Carl is a devoted family man, enjoying quality time with his wife and children. He is also a passionate diver, with a love for exploring the ocean.

Sylwia has been an integral part of the Homeworks team for over 10 years, having worked in our Dereham office since day one. Specialising in lettings and administration, she ensures everything runs smoothly while also helping clients find their perfect home with her friendly and professional approach.

When she’s not at work, Sylwia loves spending time with her family, whether it’s exploring new places together or traveling back to the north of Poland to visit her relatives. Her warmth and dedication shine through both in her personal life and in her work.

With a strong background in customer service and sales, I am committed to continuously learning and enhancing my skills. I take pride in delivering exceptional service to both buyers and sellers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through sports, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and, most importantly, spending time with my family as a proud mum to my two wonderful children.

Mati has been an integral part of our team since March 2023, making a huge impact since his first day. Coming from a corporate background, his five years of industry experience ensures he provides all of his clients with extensive knowledge and provides a friendly, professional and consistent experience for everyone.

In his spare time, Mati likes to spend time with his friend & family and enjoys exploring the world.
